Is all well between filmmaker Karan Johar and legendary National-award winning singer Shreya Ghoshal? It is difficult to ascertain the exact situation as of date. Recently, several social media users lashed out at popular filmmaker Karan Johar when he forgot to credit Shreya Ghoshal for Tum Kya Mile – a song from Johar's upcoming movie titled Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.

After this incident, Shreya took to Twitter and retweeted a post that confirmed the development. Minutes later, the singing sensation deleted the post.

With these developments, rumours were rife that all is not well between Karan and Shreya. Some social media users are even criticizing Karan for not treating female and male singers as equals.

In the middle of this chaos, Shreya Ghoshal and Karan Johar have dropped sweet Instagram messages for each other. On Instagram Stories, Shreya wrote, “After so long, a song that defines the perfect comeback of the great rich musical romantic #KaranJohar Style Bollywood that we missed so badly! #TumKyaMile is pure love. Song is out now. #RockyAurRaniKiiPremKahaani. Love you #ArijitSingh. You sound, heart-melting beautiful. #Pritam #AmitabhBhattacharya duo is unstoppable.”

Replying to this message, Karan Johar said, “Shreya, you are the best.” He even attached a bunch of hearts with it.

About Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani

This romantic drama film features popular actors Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in titular roles. along with Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in supporting roles. It is slated to hit the theatres on July 28.

Earlier Karan had revealed that this song is a homage to his favourite Yash uncle (Yash Chopra), who passed away in 2012.

Karan also had revealed that Alia shot for this song right after giving birth to her first child, Raha. Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were blessed with their first child in November 2022.
