Kareena Kapoor Khan's role in Hansal Mehta directorial REVEALED!

Kareena Kapoor Khan is making her production debut with a thriller that Hansal Mehta will direct. The actor has finished the first schedule that was shot outside of London more than a year ago. In the untitled thriller based on a true story, Kareena plays a police officer.

Last week, the actor was seen filming some tough scenes in the north-west London neighbourhood of High Wycombe, according to Mid Day.

A source told the tabloid that Kareena's cop persona is seen in the segment looking into a crime in a residential area. In keeping with Hansal's style of filmmaking, it is an unvarnished and harsh film. Before filming began on October 6, the actor took part in many workshops. She thinks this is one of her most difficult roles.

Kareena, who is producing the movie alongside producer-friend Ekta Kapoor, has a no-nonsense appearance. Her on-screen appearance consists of solid-colored shirts paired with dark-colored pants and blazers. She has a simple hairstyle and minimal makeup by Mickey Contractor.

Despite returning to Mumbai on Sunday to celebrate her 10th wedding anniversary with her husband and actor Saif Ali Khan, Kareena will now resume work on the film at the end of the month.

The last time we saw Kareena was in Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir Khan. The film saw her reunite with Mona Singh as well, after 3 Idiots, although it did poorly at the box office. After the Hansal Mehta movie, Kareena will be in Sujoy Ghosh's version of The Devotion of Suspect X, which also stars Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat. This will be her first OTT movie.

The shooting of the film took place in full swing in Darjeeling, and the team wrapped up the movie a few weeks back. The Devotion of Suspect X is likely to premiere on Netflix in 2023.
