Kartik Aaryan has been in the limelight ever since the release of the horror comedy, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. The movie has become the second biggest Hindi movie of the year, and the actor has been garnering more attention by the day. The actor has now opened up about his role in the upcoming action entertainer, Shehzada. 

Talking to Pinkvilla, Aaryan said, “I am really excited and looking forward to the film. People will get to see me in this complete avatar of action and comedy for the first time and I can't speak much about it right now, We are ready to bring it on November 4."

He also said that the movie is an adaptation rather than a remake and that the director has made it “beautifully: for the Hindi audience. He added that it is one of those movies that has a very wide appeal among the audience.

Shehzada, helmed by Rohit Dhawan, is the official Hindi remake of Allu Arjun’s hit movie, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The action entertainer also featured Pooja Hegde, alongside Tabu, Jayaram and Sushanth and follows a man who was swapped from an affluent family as a child. 

The movie is produced by Bhushan Kumar, who also backed Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. He called Shehzada a “ full on mass entertainer” and that we will get to see Kartik Aaryan in an action avatar in a movie that also has music and romance. 

Shehzada also features Kriti Sanon, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, and Ronit Roy in important roles, and is scheduled to hit theatres on November 4. The movie also marks the reunion of Aaryan and Sanon after their 2019 movie, Lukka Chuppi.
