Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 Promo: Amitabh Bachchan to Aamir Khan: Jab tak perfection nahi hoga tab tak tasalli nahi hogi

Aamir Khan’s love for perfection is a known fact. In the latest promotional video of Kaun Banega Crorepati 14, host Amitabh Bachchan is seen taking a dig at the actor’s perfectionist nature. Aamir Khan will appear in the premiere episode that is dedicated to the 75th year of India’s Independence. The episode will take place on August 7 – a week before Independence Day on August 15 – and will host other guests besides Aamir.

The latest season of KBC will begin on August 7 with Aamir Khan and two other guests from the Army background. In the promo that is going viral on social media, we see Amitabh Bachchan begins to ask a question to Aamir. The question involves a photograph and the actor keeps on insisting the host show it once more. He then goes near the picture to take a closer look. That is when Amitabh Bachchan teases him calling Mr Perfectionist. “Jab tak puri tarha se perfection nahi hoga tab tak inko tassali nahi milegi. (He won’t be satisfied unless there is complete perfection),” he says and the audience bursts into laughter.

Earlier, while announcing the return of the show, the director Arun Sheshkumar said that it is general knowledge that will be given supreme priority. In an interview with news agency IANS, he said, “You don’t need to know singing or dancing or any extra co-curricular talent per se. What you have studied or what you are reading is what you are bringing onto the show as your experience and your personal life.”

Aamir Khan will appear at the show also to promote his film, Laal Singh Chaddha, which will be released on August 11. The film – an official remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump, the film also features Kareena Kapoor and Mona Singh.
