Koffee With Karan 7: Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt drunk dial Vicky Kaushal ahead of his wedding with Katrina Kaif; here's why

In the most recent episode of Koffee with Karan 7, Karan Johar stated that Alia Bhatt and he had called Vicky Kaushal while intoxicated just before the actor's wedding to Katrina Kaif. The seventh edition of the hugely popular chat show hosted by Karan Johar featured Kaushal and Sidharth Malhotra.

Karan said that he once made a drunken call to Vicky with Alia. They were contemplating who they could call while sipping wine and watching the stars. This occurred just before the nuptials of Katrina and Vicky. KJo also said that Katrina and he have been friends for a very long time. Later, they came to know Vicky. They were extremely moved and overjoyed by Katrina's marriage.

The Kuch Kuch Hota Hai director had complained about not being invited to the grand wedding of Vicky and Katrina during the "Punjabi Munde" edition episode of Koffee with Karan 7. Their dating phase began after the Soorayavanshi actor suggested that she might look good on-screen with Vicky during the previous season of the show.

Karan also quipped, "Maine aap ke prem kahani ke liye pura credit le liya."

Vicky was questioned by the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil director about what it's like to be married to Katrina. The Uri actor responded by saying that it does feel wonderful. He genuinely does feel at ease. The sense of having that partner is quite lovely, and he considers himself fortunate to have found a life mate in her. He called Katrina a great spirit and among the most knowledgeable and kind people, he had ever met.

The seventh episode of Koffee with Karan 7 was a blast since Vicky discussed his relationship with Katrina for the first time since their marriage.

Regarding his upcoming projects, the Sanju actor will next be seen with Sara Ali Khan in an untitled romantic comedy movie as well as Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar in Govinda Naam Mera, produced by Karan Johar.

Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which stars Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, will mark Karan's return to direction. The movie is scheduled to premiere on February 10, 2023.
