Alongside Alia Bhatt, Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan recently made an appearance on an episode of Koffee With Karan season 8. During an open discussion on Karan Johar's talk show, the actress answered honestly when asked who actress she considered to be the director Sanjay Leela Bhansali's superior muse. She was so positive about the prospect of working with him again in the future.
For those who are not familiar with the story, Kareena tried out for the 2002 film Devdas, which was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali Bhansali. Nevertheless, she was turned down, and Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit ended up starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan. In an interview, Bebo even stated categorically that she would never collaborate with him.
In 2013, Kareena received an offer to star in Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela as the primary lead. But a few days before filming started, she left the project and worked on Gori Tere Pyaar Mein. Deepika Padukone, who co-starred with Ranveer Singh, bagged the role.
Koffee with Karan Season 8 host Karan Johar asked Kareena Kapoor Khan which among Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan she thought would be the best muse for renowned filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Alia Bhatt then jokingly begged her not to say her name. Kareena answered the question with her signature humour: "I still have a chance to work with him." With a teasing tone, Karan said, "Accha, aa gayi na line par."
