Leo is one of the biggest films to come out of the South. The action drama was brought to us by producer Naga Vamsi. He shelled out a lot of money for the dubbing rights to the film and released it on a decent number of screens on October 19, 2023.

As per the latest update, Leo has made a total share of Rs 20 crore to date in Telugu states, which is quite impressive. Though the Vijay starrer opened to mixed reviews, the day-one collections were quite good.

As the other Tollywood biggie, Tiger Nageswara Rao, released on the next day, the collections of Leo dropped heavily. But as the Ravi Teja starrer opened to a dull response, the focus shifted once again to Leo, and the film's occupancy grew.

The distributors who have bought the film are in a safe zone, as the film has attained breakeven status in Telugu states. If you go back in time, all the films by Vijay in the last two years have made good money at the Telugu box office.

Speaking in a press meeting, producer Naga Vamsi said that Leo is a profitable venture for him and all the parties involved. Sanjay Dutt and Arjun played key roles in this film, which had Trisha as the heroine. In Tamil Nadu and the rest of the world, Leo has made a lot of money.

We need to see how well Leo fares in the days to come as the weekdays have started. There was not a single promotional event for Leo in Telugu states, but still, the film has become a good hit at the box office.
