The release of the most-awaited Tamil movie, Leo, is four months away. Fans of Vijay are eagerly waiting for numerous updates which are expected to be revealed on June 22. They hope that Lokesh Kanagaraj and team will be coming up with many surprises which will elevate the hype surrounding the project even further.

It is also likely that the makers will reveal whether the film is part of LCU or not. The movie bankrolled by Lalit Kumar will hit screens on October 19 in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.

Harish Uthaman, who has played a key role in Lokesh's Kaithi, has now posted an Instagram status which has left cinephiles excited. The actor's character Adaikalam from the Karthi-starrer is a huge hit and is a turning point in his career.

He posted a picture of himself talking to Vijay's character in Leo. The imaginative sequence has the former telling Leo that he is in danger, to which the latter replies that he himself is a dangerous person. Harish has captioned the status as "wouldn't it be nice". Many film buffs are assuming that the actor is hinting at Leo's LCU connection, though it is too early to come to a conclusion.

With the film garnering unprecedented hype, it is expected to shatter several records at the box office if it opens to positive word of mouth. The million dollar question is whether it would be able to surpass Ponniyin Selvan 1, the current biggest grosser in Tamil Nadu.

Leo marks the second collaboration between Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj after Master which was released in 2021. The director has Kaithi 2, Vikram 2 and a project with Rajinikanth in his kitty.
