It looks like the hype of Vijay's upcoming film has spread across the world. A day after Vijay fans from Kerala requested Lokesh Kanagaraj to hold a pre-release event for Leo in the state, now fans from the Telugu-speaking states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have a special request to the ace director.

A letter from Telugu Thalapathy fans from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana addressed to Lokesh Kanagaraj, producers of Leo, Lalit Kumar and Jagadish Palaniswamy is now doing the rounds on social media. In the letter, fans have stated that they are more than happy to arrange a pre-release event in the states.

Excerpts from the letter read, "We understand that Thalapathy VIJAY sir is extremely busy artist, we are really waiting for the long time for his presence in our Telugu states, we really feel glad at the time of Snehithudu (NANBAN) and Thuppakki pre-release events. You already know that our Thalapathy Vijay sir has a massive mega fan following in Telugu state, and we are eagerly waiting for his mighty presence."

The letter added, "We request you to kindly consider our request, and we assure you that it will be a grand success, and a great opportunity to witness the magic of Thalapathy VIJAY sir on stage (sic)."

The shoot for the film is all set to resume in Chennai this week and the schedule is likely to go on for a month. The film stars Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Gautham Menon, Joju George, Babu Antony, Mathew Thomas, Sandy Master, Janany Kunaseelan, Vasanthi to name a few. Now we hear that Jaffer Sadiq, who was part of Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram has also been roped in for the film.

The team had earlier wrapped a schedule in Kashmir, for which the entire cast and crew were present. The film is slated to hit screens in October.
