Leo: Thalapathy Vijay's much-hyped film with Lokesh Kanagaraj has a connection with Christopher Nolan's Tenet

Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo was in the news recently when Phars Film, the popular Middle East-based distribution company, acquired its overseas distribution rights. In Kerala, veteran producer Gokulam Gopalan bagged its rights for a whopping amount. All eyes are now on the person who is going to bag the jackpot in Tamil Nadu.

The Vijay-starrer action drama is releasing on October 19 in four languages and Netflix has already bagged its digital rights for a record price. While the movie will have a solo release in Tamil Nadu, it will lock horns with a couple of projects in Tollywood.

The news doing the rounds on social media has evoked the curiousity of film buffs. Apparently, an actor who played a role in Christopher Nolan's Tenet will be seen essaying a crucial character in the movie. It is none other than Denzil Smith who was last seen in the Tollywood movie Agent. 

The actor, who has been playing varied characters for more than two decades, impressed the audience in recent times with his performances in projects like Delhi Crime and Badla among a few. He currently has almost a dozen projects in his kitty, including the most-awaited Tiger 3.

Denzil, who is also a popular stage actor, is said to have wrapped up his portions. The makers of Leo are currently filming a song in Chennai and Vijay is said to have lent voice for the track.
