Amal Neerad's action thriller stars Mammootty as Bilal, one of his most popular roles from the 2000s. The film follows four foster brothers who join forces after their adopted mother is murdered. This slick action film has developed a cult following over the years, and Bilal's dialogue - 'Kochi pazhe Kochi alla...' is a fan-favourite. Fans have been waiting for the long-delayed sequel titled Bilal.
Mammootty stars as Shanmugham in this Ranjith film, which delves into the Kochi underworld. Notably, Black marks actor Rahman’s return to Malayalam cinema after a hiatus. Mammootty’s power-packed performance drives this riveting thriller, which blends action in a politically charged narrative. The film revolves around IAS official Joseph Alex, the district collector, who takes on the corrupt politicians. Murali, Vani Viswanath and Devan play other key roles in the film.
The film follows ‘Turbo’ Jose as he moves to Chennai from Idukki and comes across the brutal Vetrivel Shanmuga Sundaram. Mammootty once again dons the role of a cop for this film, which is helmed by Marco director Haneef Adeni.
