Lock Upp day 3 written update: Poonam Pandey reveals inside details about her relationship with Sam Bombay

Lock Upp day 3 begins with the guards keeping a count of the contestants' behaviour right before the wake-up call. Munawar Faruqui jokes with the guard that they will make their own language.

Meanwhile, Babita Phogat warns going on anshan if they don't get hot water on the show. Payal Rohatgi supports her and complains too. Saisha Shinde, on the other hand, complains to Munawar about not getting chai. Sara Khan joins in and complains about literally everything. Nisha Rawal and Shivam Sharma, on the other hand, request to the cameras to give them and everyone essentials.

The inmates are asked to go to the storage unit one after another. Their demands are finally met. Chakrapani remains unaffected by everything. Poonam Pandey breaks down while gathering her stuff.

Karanvir Bohra loses his calm when Munawar speaks while he is praying. The two have an argument over the same. Babita also breaks down since she doesn't get hot water. Tehseen Poonawalla speaks on her behalf and revolts in the jail. Shivam and Nisha go on a hunger strike when Babita is called to the storage unit.

Sara argues that people cannot sit on a hunger strike for make-up and shampoo. Payal also warns Nisha to not go on a hunger strike because she has migraine.

Poonam and Babita talk about staying natural in front of Saisha, who makes fun of the situation. Payal still complains about how she thought the makers are unfair in providing Saisha with cigarettes and not even giving Chakrapani cow milk.

Tehseen comes up with a rap song for Kyunki Qidi Bhi Kabhi Insaan Tha. Despite giving the title, Munawar mocks to the camera about how people are revolting.

As Poonam finally goes for a bath, Babita asks the cameras to 'move their face'. She later teaches people wrestling and picks Poonam up.

Shivam and Sara are seen bonding. The former is seen flirting with the latter.

The inmates later play truth or dare. Poonam says her videos went viral automatically. The videos happened by mistake, confesses Poonam. She further says she remembers watching the video having a glass of champagne and celebrating, when Karanvir asks her what was the reaction when she realized that had happened.

Nisha says that she wants her son Kavish to have his dad and she is his dad at the moment. She calls herself his best dad.

Munawar gives Poonam the dare to climb the ladder and call the guards, saying, "Aag lagi hai bistar mein, jaldi aakar bujhao." She does so and the siren goes off.

The inmates get an opportunity to demand one thing per person. Siddharth demands high protein diet while Shivam demands coffee. Payal wants sunlight and Chakrapani wants cow milk. Munawar asks for dates and later writes 1 kt khajoor. Poonam demands hair dryer that works. Karanvir wants beard colour. Nisha wants shampoo while Sara wants face wash. Saisha wants panties. Anjali Arora wants good quality blankets while Babita demands hot water everyday. Tehseen demands toilet rolls daily while Siddharth changes his demand to chargesheet immunity.vThe demands of the inmates will only be met if the jailor finds the requests logical.

Munawar calls Tehseen 'Sohail Khan' and asks Siddharth what does Sohail Khan want. His comment makes Poonam, Anjali and others laugh too.

Karanvir later asks Poonam if she loved her husband Sam Bombay. She agrees and says that she doesn't hate him at this point but doesn't like him either. Poonam further explains about how he would ask her to be in the same room as him. She would often tell him that she wants to go on the terrace for two minutes and further reveals that she wasn't allowed to touch her phone in her own house. The actress reveals she was beat up for loving her dogs and sleeping with them over him. "Is that a reason to get a bloody brain-hemmorage," she asks Karanvir. He further questions how long it took for Poonam to get out of the relationship and she says it's happening for four years. The actress said that she would get hit on the same spot again-and-again. When Payal asks if he beat her up out of insecurity, Poonam says she doesn't want to talk about somebody else at this point. She, however, reveals that he started drinking from 10 am till night. The actress further added that the staff would get scared and leave by night, leaving the two alone.

The inmates have to perform a challenge in order to get their demands met. Siddharth and Saisha take up the challenge. Siddharth wins the round by drinking nine glasses and gives Munawar a hug soon after.

Payal and Munawar talk about their experiences in jail. Payal argued in favour of Munawar in front of Chakrapani.

For the next round, Babita goes opposite Sara. Babita wins the round. Shivam goes opposite Poonam. She wins the round. Karanvir goes opposite Sara. He wins the round. Tehseen goes opposite Anjali. She wins the round. Munawar goes opposite Sara. He wins the round. Chakrapani goes opposite Karanvir. Team Blue scores their first point thanks to the former. Thus, team Orange wins fair and square.

Tehseen complains that team Blue has more women which irks Munawar and causes an argument. Nisha and Anjali also have an argument as the latter removes the point that Nisha nominated her for being a kid.

Team Orange won both the rounds and thus, their demands will be met. They have to name two contestants who will get a special prize. Majority picks Siddharth and Anjali but Payal says she would have picked Siddharth and Karanvir. Siddharth and Anjali get to roam outside the jail for a few hours. This leaves Shivam in shock and fury at the same time. Siddharth, on the other hand, dabs and gives Munawar a hug. Poonam, on the other hand, greets Anjali who breaks down on hearing the news.

Poonam and Anjali have an argument with Payal, who walks out on Poonam. As Poonam reacts angrily, Saisha and Anjali pull her away. As they discuss, Payal approaches Poonam and the two hug it out to end the matter.

Siddharth and Anjali get to eat momos at night, outside of the Lock Upp. When they are back, Munawar tells Anjali she would have broken down if she was allowed to go out after a month.
