Made in India is based on this legendary filmmaker

Well, ever since this film was announced, the curiosity levels have gone up as to who is the person on whom the film is being made. We at OTTplay have exclusively learned that the man in discussion is the legendary filmamer, Dada Saheb Phalke, also known as the father of Indian cinema. When director Nithin Kakkar came with the script to Rajamouli, the latter was thrilled to bits and felt that it would be a great story to tell.

That is also the reason he is presenting the film and will also release it on his own in the South. A popular star from the south film industry is playing the main lead and his name will be announced in the days to come as per the news.

Made in India star cast

The pre-production is almost done and the film will go on floors soon. Some popular faces from the Indian film industry will also be seen in key roles in Made in India. Dada Saheb Phalke needs no introduction as he is the father of Indian cinema and his film, Raja Harishchandra was the first ever Indian feature film to release in 1913.

Dada Saheb made close to 19 films and the Indian government gives a lifetime award to actors every year in his name. Well, knowing Rajamouli, he might have worked closely on the script and it will be interesting which actor will play the lead in this film.
