The second season of The Family Man was released in June this year and even now people can't stop raving about it. The series featured Manoj Bajpayee reprising his role as an intelligence officer at Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC) named Srikant Tiwari. With season two, Samantha Akkineni made her OTT debut and featured as the main antagonist Raji. Now, the series ended on a cliffhanger and fans can't wait for Raj & DK to make an official announcement about the third season.

During a recent interaction with PTI, Manoj addressed the excitement of people for the upcoming seasons. The actor stated, "There's a lot of work that goes into making a season. I will be very happy if Amazon and Raj and DK decide to do a season three but before that, the writing has to be complete. All the formalities need to be finished. I'm ecstatic that people have started demanding season three."

Manoj further revealed what all season three will have, he himself doesn't know as he is waiting for the script to come to him.

While praising Raj & DK and writer Suparn Verma, the National Award-winning actor went on to say that the first season was considered classic and cult in its way and it created a franchise. He added that with the success of The Family Man, Raj and DK are regarded as 'one of the best minds in the industry'. 

Talking about Suparn Verma, Manoj revealed that he is his very close friend and got his due with the second season. 

The Family Man also features Sharib Hashmi, Priyamani, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Sunny Hinduja, Shahab Ali, Ashlesha Thakur and Vedant Sinha in supporting roles. 

The two seasons of The Family Man are currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
