The popular New York Times weekly column Modern Love now has a Mumbai version, though the stories are fictional and not based on true testimonies.

Produced by Pritish Nandy Communications, the new Amazon Original series features six stories about "discovering and exploring love in all its shades and emotions".

The stories are "Raat Rani", directed by Shonali Bose, starring Fatima Sana Shaikh, Bhupendra Jadawat and Dilip Prabhavalkar; Hansal Mehta's "Baai", headlined by Tanuja, Pratik Gandhi and Ranveer Brar; Vishal Bhardwaj's "Mumbai Dragon", which stars Yeo Yann Yann, Meiyang Chang, Wamiqa Gabbi and Naseeruddin Shah; Alankrita Shrivastava's "My Beautiful Wrinkles", starring Sarika, Danesh Razvi, Ahsaas Channa and Tanvi Azmi; Dhruv Sehgal's "I Love Thane" features Masaba Gupta, Ritwik Bhowmik, Prateik Babbar, Aadar Malik and Dolly Singh; and Nupur Asthana's "Cutting Chai" with Chitrangada Singh and Arshad Warsi.
