The highly anticipated movie, which is helmed by hitmaker Jeethu Joseph, features the Malayalam superstar in the role of a lawyer. The cast and crew members of Neru, including leading man Mohanlal, are now busy with the promotion of the film.

The superstar, who reacted to the social media trolling against his recent film choices, revealed that it never bothered him. Mohanlal stated that he prefers to do a few films every year, as he is concerned about the people around him who work in the film industry. Sometimes, the selection goes wrong, and an artist ends up being a part of bad films, which is not in anyone’s control. It is based on several factors, including the script and its making. But at the same time, the National Award winner remarked that it is not an excuse to do bad films.
Mohanlal reveals why trolls never bothered him
Mohanlal, who stated that he has no complaints against social media trolling, also added that an actor cannot be judged based on the success or failure of one movie. The Drishyam actor pointed out that he has been a part of the film industry for the past 46 years and has proven himself as an actor. The superstar remarked that the social media trolling will stop if his next one or two films emerge successful. Mohanlal, who feels that he doesn’t have to prove himself again at this stage of his career, concluded that he prefers to be happy without paying heed to negativity.
