Money Heist fans in India anxiously waiting for the show’s fifth and final season were in for a treat on Monday as Netflix released a new anthem composed by artist Nucleya to herald the show’s September 3 season premiere. The song Jaldi Aao is a Desi recreation of the Italian protest song Bella Ciao which features on the popular Spanish show.

The music video features a star-studded cast including Anil Kapoor, Radhika Apte, Rana Daggubati, Vikrant Massey, Hardik Pandya, and Shruti Haasan. The short video pulls in Indian viewers with its array of charming sequences. We see the actors sing ‘come right now’ in different languages, a signal to the popular drama to return as soon as possible. The electrifying music video has several memorable sequences from the show being recreated by the actors, including the iconic scene featuring the character Nairobi with a flower in her mouth, delightfully revamped by Shruti Haasan. The stars’ charisma only adds to the talented Nucleya’s musical prowess.

One of the most watched series of all time on Netflix, Money Heist or La casa de papel revolves around the story of two major heists by a mastermind called the Professor and his team of robbers, with a first person narrative from one of the heist members. It opened to critical acclaim and has a huge global fan following. The show is also the recipient of numerous accolades, including an Emmy Award for Best Drama series.
