Moon Knight actors Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke send Holi wishes to Indian fans ahead of show's launch

Ahead of Moon Knight's premiere on Disney+ Hotstar, actors Oscar isaac and Ethan Hawke extended Holi wishes to their Indian fans in a new video.

"Namaste India and a very Happy Holi, this is Oscar Isaac and (I’m) Ethan Hawke and we are here to bring you one more reason to celebrate. Moon Knight, a brand new superhero story from Marvel Studios, is here," Hawke said in the video. Isaac added that the series will be "unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.”

Isaac was recently featured in Denis Villeneuve's Dune and has also been a part of the Star Wars franchise. Meanwhile, Hawke is known for starring in Richard Linklater Before film series.  

Moon Knight is among the latest shows from Marvel Studios in the Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 4 after WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, What If...? and Hawkeye.

The official synopsis of the show reads: "Moon Knight follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc's enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt."

Mohamed Diab has directed Moon Knight, which also stars May Calamawy. Jeremy Slater is the head writer. The show releases in India on March 30 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and English.
