National Doctors' Day: Ayushmann Khurrana treats fans with his lovable look as Doctor G

Ayushmann Khurrana and the Doctor G team reveal a new look for the actor from the Junglee Pictures film Doctor G in honour of National Doctors' Day. Along with Rakul Preet and seasoned actor Shefali Shah, Ayushmann plays a gynaecologist for the first time in this university comedy-drama, which is directed by Anubhuti Kashyap.

On this unique occasion of National Doctors' Day, Ayushmann Khurrana sends his best wishes to all the diligent doctors who have repeatedly devoted their lives to the care of others. In honour of this day, he has also provided his admirers with a sneak preview of the answer to their most burning query: what does the 'G' in Doctor G stand for?

Ayushmann Khurrana took to social media to share his new look from the film, writing, "G se Gynecologist; G se Gupta; That's our #DoctorG. Doctor Uday Gupta aka #DoctorG and team ki taraf se wishing all the G se Genius doctors a #HappyDoctorsDay."

The Doctor G team is excited to celebrate this day with a brand-new image of Ayushmann Khurrana's movie persona. One of Ayushmann Khurrana's most eagerly anticipated projects is the movie. In addition to Doctor G, Junglee Pictures has an amazing lineup of movies planned for 2022, including Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan?, Dosa King, Ulajh, and Click Shankar, to mention a few.

Meanwhile, this is the first time Ayushmann and Rakul will be seen sharing screen space. And they're both playing doctors in the film. The film also has Shefali Shah playing the role of a gynaecologist.

Earlier, on the first day of the shoot, Ayushmann had shared his excitement about being a part of Doctor G. He has said that this is the third movie he has signed during the pandemic, and yet summers will be challenging. The actor said that this is the best script he has ever read, in his opinion, and he is ecstatic to work with Rakul Preet Singh, Anubhuti Kashyap, and Junglee Pictures.
