Neha Amandeep and Syed Arefin’s Jogomaya may get axed for poor TRP

The serial Jogmaya which stars Neha Amandeep and Syed Arefin in the lead roles, started a few months ago. This Zee Bangla serial could not yet complete a hundred episodes, but it might end. It lost its slot within two months of its start, and now can permanently stop at any minute. The channel is not happy with its rating. It lost its slot to Ke Prothom Kache Esechi. 

The serial is shown at the 10.30 pm slot. According to reports, the channel gave an ultimatum that the mega would be stopped if it could not retain its slot. However, the Thursday TRP comforted the team a bit. This week, Jogmaya retained its slot with a margin of 0.10 from Chini. But this is just a minuscule gap. 

The lead pair could not make any mark on the audience since its start. The story of a rickshaw puller’s daughter becoming an IAS lost its track. The production house’s other mega Jagaddhatri also lost its slot. 

It is certain that if a new serial comes to Zee Bangla, Jogmaya will be axed. Sources say that the hero is also unhappy with the story. With this serial, Punjab’s Neha has returned to television after a hiatus of four years.
