Nushrratt Bharuccha, who didn't even know to drive, now owns an SUV!

Actress Nushrratt Bharuccha, who is known for films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Ajeeb Daastaans, and Chhorii, shares that she took up off-roading out of sheer boredom. 

Speaking to ETimes, Nushrratt said, "I really got bored of fitness regimes and what’s in your bag, etc. kind of thing. I really wanted to do something new. I didn't even know what off-roading was. In fact, I didn't even know how to drive until a few months ago. I learned how to drive and bought myself an SUV."

She shared that it was her friends who encouraged her to go off-roading, especially because she owns an SUV. She then went to a driving school, where the trainers tried hard to explain everything about the car and handling an SUV while off-roading.

However, the actress started driving the car of her friend, filmmaker Raaj Shaandiliya with whom she did films like Dream Girl and Janhit Mein Jaari.

Nushrratt said, "He had a THAR that he wasn't driving, and I wanted to drive it. So he told me to drive it for a few days. After the shooting of my film Selfiee, I went to his house and drove the car to my house. And I fell in love with the car. When I returned the car to him, I told him that I was buying the same car. And in two months, I had my own car."

She also posted about the journey on her Instagram handle.
