Priyanka Mohan plays the female lead in the film that also stars Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy

Pawan Kalyan’s gangster saga OG is one of the most awaited films among the star’s upcoming releases. He’s teaming up with Run Raja Run, Saaho filmmaker Sujeeth for the project produced by DVV Danayya under DVV Entertainment. Priyanka Mohan has been roped in to play the female lead in the prestigious film whose recent additions include Sriya Reddy, Arjun Das.
That’s not all. There’ll be another surprise for audiences in the form of its antagonist. Another Hindi star is set to foray into Telugu cinema with the biggie. Emraan Hashmi, who donned a wide spectrum of roles through his career as a lead, villain and author-backed parts, will make his Telugu debut with OG. The news has brought much joy among Pawan Kalyan fans today.

The actor dons a blazer paired with stylish black shades in the image shared by the production house. There couldn’t have been a better than time than now to forge such collaborations between Hindi and Telugu cinema.
OG has a capable technical team too. Noted lensman Ravi K Chandran cranks the camera while S Thaman is the music director. AS Prakash is the art director. The film’s third schedule is currently being shot in Hyderabad. OG is expected to have a mid 2024 release and a major part of the filming should be wrapped up by the year end.
Dino Morea in Agent, Saif Ali Khan in Devara, Arjun Rampal in Bhagavanth Kesari are among other actors from Hindi testing their waters in Telugu cinema. Apart from OG, Pawan Kalyan is working on three other projects - Ustaad Bhagat Singh (Theri remake) directed by Harish Shankar, Bro directed by Samuthirakani and Hari Hara Veera Mallu, helmed by Krish.
