Under Ulsav Rajeev's direction, Jagadish, Indrans, and Prashanth Alexander play important parts in the comedy drama. The film, which is appreciated for its amusing storyline and lighthearted performances, begins on a comical note and takes a poignant turn to looking into the intricacies of relationships within families. Ulsav Rajeev and Fahad Nandu wrote the screenplay for Pariwar. Anne and Sajeev have bankrolled the film under the Fragrant Nature Film Creations' banner. Pariwar's soundtracks and background score were composed by Bijibal. Alfas Jahangeer is the cinematographer, while V S Vishal has helmed the edit works.

The film is an emotional story about 99-year-old bedridden father, Bhaskara Pillai, whose seemingly mundane existence takes a dramatic change when his sons get into a furious argument over his ring. Bhaskara Pillai received an antique gold ring from a British officer. Every member of his family swarms to acquire the ring as his health worsens. The main focus of the movie is who will obtain it and the chaos around it.

Their attempts to get the ring result in a sequence of chaotic yet humorous occurrences as greed and emotions take centerstage. Rishikesh, Bhagya Jayesh, and Unnimaya Nalappadam play supporting parts in this family drama.
