Pathaan: Not only in India, Shah Rukh Khan's action entertainer shot in 8 other countries; here's all you need to know

The goal of Aditya Chopra and legendary director Siddharth Anand is to make Pathaan the biggest action spectacular ever seen in India. Pathaan is a visually stunning action extravaganza from Yash Raj Films. It stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham and is set in Aditya Chopra's grand spy world. The movie was shot in eight different countries so that it could have a scale that had never been seen on a big screen before. To create this outrageous action thriller, which is truly an occasion movie for Indians worldwide, the team travelled to Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Russia, Siberia, Italy, France, India, and Afghanistan.

Locations always play a significant part in Siddharth's movies, but they were even more crucial for Pathaan since they wanted to give fans an action spectacle that they had never seen before. They travelled to eight different nations to shoot the film and its spectacular action sequences in order to create that size and variety of graphics!

The director continued by saying that they were certain that every moment in Pathaan needed to be breathtaking, and they methodically planned how to do it. Because the makers wanted to be certain that they were going to attempt to elevate the bar of action spectacles in India, he remembers that the pre-production of Pathaan took close to two years.

Siddharth also said that they filmed in some of the most remote and beautiful places in the world. This helped us make a visual experience that is both immersive and weird. When Pathaan opens in theatres on January 25, the filmmaker just hopes that fans will appreciate their attempt to establish a landmark in cinema.

On January 25, 2023, Pathaan will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The film will see Shah Rukh on the big screen after four long years.
