PR04 is Dude: Pradeep Ranganathan-Mamitha Baiju film to release for Diwali 2025
Actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan is gearing up for his next film, Dude (earlier tentatively titled PR04). The first look and the release details have also been unveiled.

Actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan, who has given back-to-back hits with Love Today and Dragon, is gearing up for his next release. We had said earlier that his film PR04 will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The makers on Saturday announced the film title to be Dude. In addition to this, the first look and the release details were also unveiled.
PR04 is Dude: Pradeep Ranganathan’s film gears up for Diwali 2025 release
Pradeep Ranganathan, who gave a blockbuster hit this year with Dragon, is all set to release his next film of this year. What was tentatively titled PR04, is now called Dude. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and is helmed by debutant filmmaker Keerthiswaran, a former assistant of Sudha Kongara.
Dude is set for festive release for Diwali this year in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. An exact date has not been announced by the makers. The first look poster shows Pradeep Ranganathan with scarred marks on the face, as he holds a thaali.

Dude OTT partner
Dude’s OTT rights have been bagged by Netflix. The film has been shot by Niketh Bommi, who also shot Dragon.
Dude will feature a cast and crew, comprising young and veteran talents. With Sai Abhyankkar scoring the music, Mamitha Baiju, who shot to fame with Premalu and is also acting in Jana Nayagan, will be playing the female lead. Actors Sarathkumar, Rohini Molleti, and Hridhu Haroon are also part of the cast.
Meanwhile, you can stream Pradeep’s Dragon on Netflix. The film is written and directed by Ashwath Marimuthu. On the other hand, Pradeep is also working on Love Insurance Kompany directed by Naanum Rowdy Dhaan director Vignesh Shivan. The film stars Krithi Shetty, SJ Suryah, Gouri Kishan and others. A release date is yet to be announced by the makers.
