Priyanka Chopra Jonas is leaving no stone unturned in completing the shoot of Citadel, her upcoming Amazon Prime Video series. The actor has been sharing a few glimpses from the sets on her social media pages, much to the excitement of her fans. Now, PeeCee took to her Instagram page and shared a photo of her bruised face. The actor seems to have shot an action sequence for the show today.

In the photo, Priyanka is seen wearing a black sheer shirt with her hair tied up loosely. She has cuts on her lips and bruises on her cheeks in the picture she shared. However, it's the caption that will lighten up the tense situation created by the photo. The actor wrote, "Did you have a tough day at work as well? #actorslife #citadel #adayinthelife @agbofilms @amazonstudios."

Citadel is an Amazon Prime Video original science fiction drama television series, developed by Patrick Moran and the Russo brothers. The drama is touted as an action-packed spy series with a compelling emotional core and an epic and revolutionary global event encompassing a mothership series and multiple local language satellite series, starring Richard Madden as Citadel agent Mason Kane and Priyanka Chopra.

It has spinoffs set in Italy, India, Spain, and Mexico, among others. Amazon previously stated that all of the local series are intended to enhance the overall entertainment experience and will allow audiences to immerse themselves in an imagined, layered universe.

Roland Moller will play Laszlo Milla, a top officer of the Citadel's rival intelligence service, Manticore, alongside Madden and Chopra.

The Amazon Studios-produced Indian series will feature Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu and will be directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. Amazon Studios and Cattleya (Gomorra), a division of ITV Studios, will collaborate on the Italian series.

The premiere date for the series is yet to be announced.
