If there's one factor that separates Telugu cinema from other industries, it's the mutual goodwill and the extent to which stars support one another for their films, appreciate each other's work honestly. Popular star Chiranjeevi was to be the chief guest at the pre-release event of Keerthy Suresh's Good Luck Sakhi but had to alter his plans after getting affected by COVID-19. His son, actor, Ram Charan, more than made up for his absence at the event, where he was at his sportive best and claimed that he was eager to watch the sports comedy on the big screen as well.

"The co-producer Shravya Varma has time and again referred to Good Luck Sakhi as a small film but I am not quite happy to call it small when it has so many National award winners in its team like director Nagesh Kukunoor, Keerthy Suresh, cinematographer Chirantan Das, editor Sreekar Prasad. In fact, we look forward to films like Good Luck Sakhi and consider it meaningful cinema. Nagesh Kukunoor was a trendsetter for the new-age, multiplex and OTT films that we're seeing today and he has made some beautiful films like Hyderabad Blues, Iqbal, among others," he said.

That's not all. Keerthy Suresh, thanking Ram Charan for participating in the event, said that she has been waiting for the release of Ram Charan's RRR with bated breath. "With one R alone, i.e. Rangasthalam, you scored a big blockbuster and I can't wait to see what you've done with RRR too. Among all the get togethers I have with my friends, Naatu Naatu song is a common link to them and we've been practicing that step along with our friends. I would like to shake a leg with you to Naatu Naatu if you're fine with it," Keerthy conveyed her interest.

In almost no time, Ram Charan responded positively and took to the stage and asked Keerthy to show him the steps of Naatu Naatu roughly. When the actress did that, he took the next step forward and they performed the popular move where NTR and him had grooved together in Naatu Naatu, moving their heads and legs synchronousing with the beats. It was just what the fans were hoping from Ram Charan after the lull-phase post RRR's postponement.
