Rishab Shetty's Kantara finds a fan in Adipurush star Prabhas!

Hombale Films and Rishab Shetty's maiden collaboration in Kantara has proven to be mighty rewarding one, with the film reaping great critical reviews from all over. Thanks to the unanimous positive feedback of the audience the box office collections too have been quite impressive so far and one could expect Kantara to end up being one of the highest-grossing Kannada films of the year. In this vein, superstar Prabhas has come forward admiring the efforts of the entire team of Kantara and also wish them all the success during the theatrical run.

"Thoroughly enjoyed watching #Kantara, especially, the climax. Congratulations to the entire team and wish you'll all the success!" wrote the Adipurush actor who, although known to be a reluctant social media user, took to Instagram recently to share his views on Kantara.

Prabhas, as many would already know, is now an integral member of the Hombale Films family and is currently working with Prashanth Neel on the highly-anticipated Salaar. The mega action drama is slated to release in theatres on September 28, 2023, and also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu, among others.

Alongside, many noted filmmakers from across the country showered praise on Kantara and singled out Rishab Shetty for his alluring central performance. Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj termed the film as 'fantastic' and commended Rishab & co. for putting together a mainstream film whose soul is rooted in the folklore of Karnataka.
