RRR: Ram Charan reveals the shocking truth behind not working with Jr NTR before

Before announcing the indefinite delay in the RRR release date due to the shutting down of the theatres all over the country on the account of the rapidly spreading Omicron Virus, the actors and the director of the highly-anticipated film had been promoting it rigorously on multiple platforms. After appearing in the Weekend Ka Vaar episode on Bigg Boss 15 during Christmas, the cast and crew of RRR including Alia Bhatt, Jr NTR, Ram Charan and the filmmaker SS Rajamouli were seen in the comedy reality TV series The Kapil Sharma Show. 

During the special episode that was dedicated to RRR, the comedy king asked Charan and Jr NTR why they took such a long time to come together for a project. “Whether the producers never came up with any offers or they didn’t have enough money to finance both the actors together?” asked the host. While the Rangasthalam actor laughed and replied that Kapil’s second guess is correct.

As it has been known to us all that RRR has been made with a huge budget. For the unversed, Rajamouli's epic war film has been made on the budget of ₹400 crores.

Last week, Kapil shared a clip consisting of a few fun moments with the RRR team on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show. The Instagram post reads, “How can u miss it madness with the team #RRR on #tkss #thekapilsharmashow #comingsoon (sic).”

After the theatrical release, the forthcoming film will be available to stream on Netflix for the Hindi audience, while ZEE5 will be streaming the movie in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

RRR also stars Ajay Devgn in a pivotal role alongside Alison Doody, Ray Stevenson, Shriya Saran, Olivia Morris and Samuthirakani in significant roles.
