Sammathame: Kiran Abbavaram, Chandini Chowdary starrer to be distributed by this leading production house!

A huge lineup of Telugu films is waiting to make a splash at the theatres next weekend on June 24. Among them, it’s Sammathame, the romantic entertainer, starring Kiran Abbavaram and Chandini Chowdary, that has a clear upper hand over the rest. The film, written and directed by Gopinath Reddy, is produced by Kankanala Praveena under UG Productions.

Ahead of its release, Sammathame team received a major boost with leading producer Allu Aravind acquiring the film’s distribution rights across the globe. Yes, you heard it right! Geetha Arts (a.k.a Geetha Film Distribution) will distribute the film and ensure it a grand release worldwide. The team plans to release the film’s theatrical trailer tomorrow.

Going by the promos, it’s evident that Chandini Chowdary plays a city-bred software employee that Kiran Abbavaram falls in love with. Composer Shekar Chandra’s numbers Krishna and Sathyabhama, The Retro song and Bullet La have impressed music buffs already. The intriguing on-screen chemistry between Kiran and Chandini is among the film’s strong USPs.

Sateesh Reddy Masam has cranked the camera for the film edited by Vilpav Nyshadam. Sudheer Macharla is the art director. While Kiran Abbavaram’s last release was the crime-thriller Sebastian PC 524, Chandini Chowdary played a key role in Zee5’s Telugu web show Gaalivaana. The streaming partner for the film hasn’t been announced yet.
