Samyuktha Menon in talks for Mahesh Babu’s next

Malayalam actress Samyukhtha Menon who is making her Tollywood debut with the most-awaited Bheemla Nayak, is in talks for Mahesh Babu’s next.

Helmed by Trivikram Srinivas, who is best known for Ala Vaikuntapuramuloo, the new project is tentatively titled as #SSMB28. The movie is yet to be launched and Samyuktha is likely to be one of the leading females in the Mahesh Babu starrer.

Samyuktha who debuted with the 2016 Malayalam film Popcorn, went on to play striking roles in movies like Lilli, Theevandi, Edakkad Battalion 06 and Oru Yamandan Premakadha. She also played the antagonist in the Tovino Thomas starrer action movie Kalki in 2019. Samyuktha was also seen in a very notable and strong role in the 2020 Malayalam anthology Aanum Pennum.

The actress is also making her debut in Telugu in Saagar K Chandra’s Bheemla Nayak, which is the remake of Malayalam hit Ayyappanum Koshiyum. She will be appearing as the love interest of Rana Daggubati and the movie will also have Pawan Kalyan playing one of the two leading heroes. Besides Bheemla Nayak, she is also set to appear in Kollywood, in the Dhanush starrer Sir.

Meanwhile, #SSMB28 will also witness Mahesh Babu collaborating with Trivikram after 11 years. Reports suggest that the film will be launched soon. If reports are to be believed, popular music director Thaman S will be on board for the music for the film. The movie will be backed by S Radha Krishna under the banner of Haarika & Hassine Creations banner.
