Shah Rukh Khan reveals shooting for Pathaan was ‘quite physical’, also mentions what going back on sets felt like

Shah Rukh Khan is back with Pathaan. The actor announced the same through a video earlier in the day. Meanwhile, he also answered questions related to the film through his Twitter handle. The actor revealed what shooting for the film felt like and what being on sets felt like.

While questioning how the shooting of Pathaan was, SRK used the term ‘quite physical’. The actor added that the team made it ‘quite easy’ for him.

The actor is also coming back with a movie five years later. His last release was Aanand L. Rai’s Zero, which released in 2018. When a fan asked how he felt coming back to the sets, Shah Rukh called it ‘like coming back home’. “I only love and breathe films… set is where I belong,” he wrote.

When another user asked SRK what inspired him to be a part of Pathaan, he named his director and producer. Shah Rukh Khan wrote that Siddharth Anand and Aditya Chopra (YRF) love him a lot and thus, he agreed to do the movie.

Another netizen asked Shah Rukh if he feels Pathaan matches up to the fans’ expectations, who were waiting for him to work on a project since five years. The actor asked the fans to adjust their level while he adjusts his too.

SRK also spoke about his hair in Pathaan. For the uninitiated, ever since his blurry first look is out, the hair has become a topic of discussion. The user asked Shah Rukh Khan if he had to use extensions or actually grow his hair. The actor replied stating that it indeed is his own hair since they already grow fast enough.

SRK released an announcement video of Pathaan on the internet earlier in the day. The clip revealed the release date of the movie.

The Siddharth Anand directorial will release on January 25, 2023. The movie also stars John Abraham and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.
