Shahid Kapoor flaunts his rugged look in new BTS pic from Deva set | Here's why you cannot miss it!

Shahid Kapoor recently resumed the shoot of Deva in Mumbai. The actor, who was last seen in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, will be playing a brilliant yet rebellious cop in the movie. Since the day he resumed Deva's shoot, Shahid has been sharing pictures and updates on his official Instagram account. A while ago, the actor dropped a new photo and spoke about the art of making movies. In the snap, Kapoor can be seen flaunting his muscular body.

Shahid Kapoor took to his official Instagram handle and dropped the new picture from the set of Rosshan Andrrews' film Deva. While sharing the photo, the actor captioned his Instagram post, "Do what you love and you don’t need to work another day in your life! Making movies is magic. On set DEVA (sic)."

Earlier, the 43-year-old had dropped a smoking hot photo from the set. The actor shared the snap on social media and revealed that he was 'back' for Deva's shoot. He will be seen alongside actress Pooja Hedge in the film.

For the uninitiated, the actor had previously mentioned that his upcoming film Deva is an edgy action-thriller. The story of the movie revolves around an officer trying to solve a high-profile case. As he delves deeper into the investigation, he gets caught amid a web of deceit and betrayal.

Rosshan Andrrews' Deva release date

The makers of Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hedge's Deva confirmed Deva's release date last year. It has been confirmed that the film will hit the silver screen on October 11, 2024, which is on the occasion of Dussehra. Apart from Shahid and Pooja, the star cast of Rosshan's film includes Pavail Gulati. The actor reportedly shot the action sequences on his own for the movie. 

While Deva is being directed by Rosshan, the film has been backed by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films.
