Shark Tank India 2 release date announced: India’s most loved business reality show is less than a month away

Shark Tank India constantly came in the news when the first season released. Hold your breaths, for season 2 is arriving in less than a month too. We reveal when Shark Tank India season 2 will finally release in India.

The makers of the show have revealed a new promo revealing the date when Shark Tank India 2 arrives. The quirky promo sees new shark Amit Jain join the OGs.

The show will commence on January 2, 2023. It will be available from 10 pm.

The quirky promo shows the importance of start-ups in India. This time, the focus is on gardening and of course, the numbers.

A mother is seen scolding her son for not focusing on engineering, while taunting that if not an engineer then the little one will grow up to become a gardener. In a rather sarcastic manner, the gardener replies with numbers that even an engineer cannot think of.

He talks about his revenue – Rs. 28 lakhs, while further stating that the new revenue will be Rs. 50 lakhs. That is a figure many employees do not see in their whole lifetime. Even in a small market like gardening, he reveals that the net worth is Rs. 20,000 crores.

“Job hi pakdo. Laga rahega mann office politics mein,” the gardener is seen snarking. His comment leaves both the mother and her son (and possibly the viewer) surprised.

The same gardener is seen in the promo. He sells fertilizers for the plants, gripping the sharks’ interests. Peyush Bansal and Amit Jain are especially seen intrigued with his pitch.

Apart from the Lenskart founder and CarDekho co-founder, Shark Tank India season 2 sees Shaadi.com CEO Anupam Mittal, Emcure Pharmaceuticals’ executive director Namita Thapar, BoAt co-founder Aman Gupta and SUGAR Cosmetics CEO Vineeta Singh as the sharks. The new season has a new shark from the last season in Amit. He has replaced ‘Doglapan’ famed Ashneer Grover (ex co-founder of BharatPe) from season 1.
