Shovan Ganguly’s cryptic post evokes speculations

Sometimes, even when a relationship ends, the memories linger for long. The past relationships haunt us, and it makes us sad. This also happens with the celebs. Such vibes were found in Shovan Ganguly’s recent Facebook post. 

Shovan and Swastika Dutta’s relationship came to an end a few months back. There were lots of speculations about their breakup, but Shovan and Swastika did not open their mouths. But Shovan took to his social media to post an emotional message early Thursday morning. 

He posted a photo of a scooter and wrote, “Erokom ek Raate taake gota shohor dekhanor dayitwo ache amar (I have the responsibility to show her the entire city at a night like this).” Artiste Sujoy Prasad Chatterjee commented on his post, “What did you see yourself?”

Many fans of Shovan commented on the post. One person wrote, “Do not show it to someone who will not stay. Rather show it to someone who will stay by your side through thick and thin. Moments make us sad.” Some people advised him to return to Swastika, and some others tagged her.

Many people speculated that Shovan’s rekindling with his ex girlfriend was the reason for the breakup between him and Swastika. However, all three of them vehemently denied the allegation. Swastika clearly mentioned that she does not blame anyone for the breakup. “It was my decision. I walked out and such things happen in life,” she said. 

A few days back, Shovan and Iman Chakraborty performed together on a stage, where they sang Tagore's songs together on the eve of the poet’s death anniversary, Baishey Shrabon.
