The Spanish schedule of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone-starrer action film Pathaan was recently completed by director Siddharth Anand. The filmmaker claims he intends to create Pathaan as India's biggest event film. The much-discussed film also stars John Abraham and is set in Aditya Chopra's spy universe.
Siddharth opined to IANS that the Pathaan schedule in Spain has exceeded their expectations, and they are ecstatic. This is a massively scaled film, and he is quite proud of what they have accomplished. The director went on to say that the audience would be treated to a visual feast. The fact that they were eventually able to pull together such a fantastic Spain schedule with no problems is a great accomplishment for the entire production.
In Mallorca, SRK and Deepika shot a song, with the superstar displaying an eight-pack and the latter flaunting her gorgeous bikini physique. They then travelled to Cadiz and Jerez, Spain, to finish the schedule on March 27.
The War director also said that they have every intention of making Pathaan the biggest event film in India, considering that we have the biggest superstars of our country in the film. As a director, he strives to make each of my films a better experience for the audience than the one before it, and he has a personal goal of making Pathaan a film that can compete with any film created anywhere in the world.
Meanwhile, during Attack promotions, John spoke with the media in a recent interview, where he also discussed the much-anticipated project Pathaan. When questioned about his action sequences in the film with Shah Rukh, the actor shared that he couldn't say much about them. However, he stated that the public would be "eager" to see him on the big screen again. John could only say that Shah Rukh is a sweetheart and fans will be delighted to see him return.
Pathaan will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on January 25, 2023.
