Sidharth Malhotra begins shooting for Karan Johar’s aerial action drama Yodha; see pics

Sidharth Malhotra has started shooting for Karan Johar-backed action film, Yodha. Images of him from the sets have been going viral on the internet. In the first images, we see Sidharth giving a back pose with a backpack.

While he gears up for action, a clapperboard reveals that the actor is shooting for scene 69 of the movie. Another image is that from the mahurat of the film. The clapperboard is placed near deities statues and photo frames.

Sidharth also received a special message from Karan’s Dharma Productions. “Dear (Yodha) Sidharth, we are ecstatic in welcoming and to be working with you again. Our association is a special one and we take immense pride in that. We’re all charged in making yet another winner at the Box Office and a heart winning film. Here’s hoping to making great memories and anecdotes on this journey,” the message read.

“You have our best wishes and full support always,” the message from his ‘production army’ further read. Alongside the card from Dharma Productions, Sidharth also received flowers ranging from roses to jasmine and even lilies. The actor also received a goods hamper with healthy treats.

Dharma Productions recently announced Yodha. They shared the first look stills of Sidharth in action. He was seen holding an AK-47. The aerial action drama, of course, also hinted at a plane being a pivotal part of the film.

While unveiling the poster, the production house also revealed the release date for the film. Yodha will be released in theatres on November 11, 2022. It is being helmed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha in collaboration.
