Sita Ramam's second single promises to be as beautiful as Mrunal Thakur in the film; here's when it'll be out!

Sita Ramam, Dulquer Salmaan's second straight Telugu film, is gearing up for a theatrical release in a month's time, on August 5, just a week ahead of the Independence Day weekend. Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, the film introduces Mrunal Thakur to Telugu cinema and is produced by Ashwini Dutt under Swapna Cinema. Vyjayanthi Movies is presenting the war-romance while Vishal Chandrasekhar scores the music. 

While the film's teaser, first glimpse and a single Oh Rama Hey Sita were launched recently, the makers of Sita Ramam have announced the launch date of their second single today. The second single, which they say 'will be as beautiful as our Sita', will go live on July 4. In the promo unveiled today, one could sense that the number will offer a sneak peek into Mrunal Thakur's character Sita.

Mrunal wears a sari and walks through a bridge in the middle of snow, dances in a temple, practices Kathak and the promo also captures her off-screen effervescence well. Though the makers have provided several details about Dulquer's Lieutenant Ram character, the song should certainly help us know Sita better. The 60s setting, the alluring costume design already makes us restless while waiting for July 4.
