Bollywood has often been attacked for nepotism and now with the news of Suhana Khan, daughter of Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, to debut in Bollywood, netizens have again raised the debate of favouritism again.

According to reports, Suhana Khan is finally getting launched in Bollywood by Zoya Akhtar. A source close to the production house revealed to Pinkvilla that Zoya has been working on the Indian adaptation of the International comic book Archie for the digital giant Netflix. “It’s a teenage story and she has been on the lookout to get multiple young actors on board to play a bunch of friends. While casting is still underway, she has found one of her central characters in Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana,” the source added.

While a few people have raised the topic of nepotism, some are appreciating the news of Suhana’s debut. Many of the movie buffs, who have already seen her performance in a short film titled The Grey Part of Blue that was made by her film school friends, are eagerly waiting to see her debut in Bollywood.

The movie fans are expecting a lot from the star kid, one of the Twitter users wrote, “I definitely hope she's more about the nuances in her performance than her outfits and the body like most of the "star kids". #SuhanaKhan #ZoyaAkhtar #archiecomics (sic).”
