Sukhibhava OTT release date: When and where to watch Rohit Kesiraju, Krish Siddipalli, Nidhi Hegde, Tanya’s Telugu film

Several small and medium budget films continue to rely significantly on their OTT release to make a mark among audiences. The absence of a right release strategy, promotional campaign and denial of a good Friday slot are denting their prospects during their theatrical run. When no popular faces are part of the film, it’s also a struggle for it to land on a streamer later.

Braving past a few challenges, a small-budget film titled Sukhibhava has now arrived on OTT. Amazon Prime Video acquired its digital rights and released the entertainer on the streamer earlier this month. The film is available on the streaming giant via the pay-per-view option for Rs 79. Rohit Kesiraju, Krish Siddipalli, Nidhi Hegde, Tanya Choudhury play the lead roles in Sukhibhava.

Sukhibhava is edited and directed by a newcomer Anil Kumar P and is produced by one of the male leads - Rohit Kesiraju - under Hit Cinema Productions. The film revolves around two love stories - one in a city and another in a village backdrop. In the former case, a youngster falls in love with a girl and woos her till he earns a nod. Meanwhile, in a village, a young couple faces struggle to get married.

Besides focusing on their love stories, Sukhibhava tries to portray realities around interpersonal relationships within cities and villages. The film promises to be a thorough entertainer, offering a good mix of romance, drama, humour and action. Besides pleasing visuals and music, the team asserts that the film makes for an ideal OTT viewing with its light-hearted, familiar theme.

Juevin Singh scores the music. S S Krishna Kiriti (also the co-director and a lyricist) has written the screenplay and dialogues. Rohit Kesiraju, Susheel are the other lyricists. Aditya Lolla is the cinematographer. Venkata Akhil Galavelli is the executive producer and Gayathri Akundi is the costume designer. Mango Music acquired its audio rights.
