Sundar's next titled Coffee with Kadhal; first-look poster set in a wedding

The title and first-look poster of Sundar C's upcoming film Coffee with Kadhal was released today. The film, which is billed as a feel-good entertainer, will have an ensemble cast including Jiiva, Jai, Srikanth, Raiza Wilson, Amritha Aiyer, Malvika Sharma, Samyuktha, Aishwarya Dutta, Yogi Babu and Redin Kingsley as well. 

The plot, we hear, revolves around two brothers (Srikanth and Jai), who are polar opposites of each other. Anchor-turned-actress Divyadharshini plays the sister. The film has been predominantly shot in Ooty where Kapoor and Sons was shot and a few portions were canned in Chennai. Coffee with Kadhal also marks the comeback of Yuvan Shankar Raja and Sundar C collaboration after a long gap of 18 years. The team had announced yesterday that the title and the first-look poster will be announced tomorrow.

Jiiva had shared on his social media page, "Are you ready for a Fun-filled & Breezy update of #SundarC's next? 😍 Watch this space at 9:05 am tomorrow! #ASundarCEntertainer 🥳 A @thisisysr Musical! 🎼 @khushsundar #AvniCinemax #BenzzMedia @Actor_Jai @Act_Srikanth @ImMalvikaSharma @Actor_Amritha @raizawilson (sic)."

The film's lead actress Malvika Sharma shared the poster on her social media page today and wrote, "Presenting you a happy, sweet, strong & energizing entertainment!- #CoffeeWithKaadhal ☕❤️✨ #ASundarCEntertainer 🥳 A @thisisysr Musical! 🎼 #SundarC @khushsundar #AvniCinemax #BenzzMedia @JiivaOfficial @Actor_Jai @Act_Srikanth @ImMalvikaSharma @Actor_Amritha @raizawilson (sic)." The poster seems like a picture straight out of a wedding with the entire lead cast present. Going by the poster, it does seem like the film is going to be a feel-good fun ride.

The team has been sharing pictures from the sets regularly, thus keeping the fans apprised about the progress of the film. The film is produced by Khusbhu and Sundar C under the banner AVNI Cinemax. The release date is expected to be announced soon
