Sushmita Sen pens a heartfelt birthday message for her daughter Alisah

Sushmita Sen has come up with an adorable post on Instagram, wishing her daughter Alisah a happy birthday. Posting a collage of several pics, she also said that becoming her mother has made her a "better person”. The pictures which she posted have Alisah having fun with her godson Amadeus, indulging in scuba diving alongside Sushmita, as well as visiting her grandparents.

Sushmita captioned the picture, “Happpyyyyy 13th Birthday to the love of my life!!! ‘Alisah’ means Noble, protected by God and a gift of God…all of which she truly is!!! Fans were quick to wish Alisah as soon as the post was left by Sushmita on social media. One of them posted, "Happy birthday, angel." Another said, "Wow 13 already! Shine on little girl, Happy Birthday.” Renee and Alisah, two adopted kids of Sushmita, are frequently featured in the actor's social media posts.

Sushmita recently spoke about her children with Twinkle Khanna on her YouTube show Tweak India and mentioned that they weren't to blame for her failed partnerships. The actor said, “Luckily, I met some very interesting men in my life, the only reason I never got married is because they were let down. It had nothing to do with my kids. My kids were never in the equation. If at all, they have been very gracious. Both my kids have accepted people in my life with open arms, never made a face. They have given everybody equal measure of love and respect. It’s the most beautiful thing to watch.”
