Golden Star Ganesh's upcoming film Baanadaariyalli certainly looks an exciting venture as it boasts of many interesting elements. The film also has two leading ladies in the form of Rukmini Vasanth and Reeshma Nanaiah who each play a vibrant character. Rukmini plays Leela in the film who's first look as the surfing enthusiast was unveiled recently - now, in the same vein, the team has released Reeshma Nanaiah's look as the spunky and stylish wild life photographer Kadambari.
Reeshma, who made her debut earlier this year with Prem's 'Ek Love Ya', has an array of exciting projects lined up and 'Baanadaariyalli' surely tops that list. She is expected to join the team sometime in June or July and a majority of her portions will be shot in Africa. According to a recent online report, the film will be launched on May 25th with a special muhurtha pooja as part of it, and the shooting will begin in Karnataka.
Interestingly, Ganesh can be seen as both a surfer and a wildlife enthusiast in the film to suggest that his arc in the film encounters both female characters. The makers have kept things excitingly cryptic so far, as far as the plot and story are concerned, so it would be a matter of time before one learns more. The Golden Star has Yogaraj Bhat's Gaalipata 2 up for release (August 12) and will also be seen in 'Tribble Riding' alongside Aditi Prabhudeva, Rachana Inder, and Megha Shetty.
The title Baanadaariyalli is derived from the 1981 song sung by Puneeth Rajkumar. The Powerstar, credited as Master Lohith, lent his unique voice to his father's film Bhagyavantha and the song went on to be a major cultural hit and still remains so. Preetham Gubbi had stated in an interview that considering the many qualities of his script, this particular one seemed the best fit.
