Teaser of Biju Menon and Asif Ali’s investigative thriller Thalavan to be out on THIS date

The teaser for the upcoming Malayalam movie Thalavan, according to its makers, will be released on February 1. The lead actors in the investigative thriller are Asif Ali and Biju Menon. On February 23, this much-awaited film will be released on big screens.

The movie's motion poster, which was out in December last year, featured the actors in police uniforms, along with a gripping soundtrack. Jis Joy is the director of Thalavan, one of the most eagerly anticipated Mollywood films in 2024. The main characters in this film are two police officers with disparate ranks who are involved in an ego conflict.

Asif Ali and Biju Menon shared the movie poster on their official social media pages. They sparked a great deal of excitement among their followers when they wrote, "You are in the battle with the one who is as strong as you!" sharing the poster.

The actors were praised by audiences for their prior police officer roles, which made them great choices for this film. After a brief hiatus, Jis Joy is finally getting a theatrical release, much to the audience's excitement. Mohan Kumar Fans, starring Kunchacko Boban, was his most recent theatrical release in 2021. The director is well-known to the Malayali audience for his directorials such as Sunday Holiday, Innale Vare, and Bicycle Thieves, in addition to being Allu Arjun's voice actor in Malayalam-dubbed movies.

Additionally, Dileesh Pothen is appearing in a prominent role in this investigative thriller. The female leads are Anushree and Miya, with Kottayam Nazeer, Shankar Ramakrishnan, Joji K John, Dinesh, Anuroop, Nandan Unni, and Bilas making up the supporting cast.

The film is backed by Arun Narayan and Sijo Sebastian under London Studios and Arun Narayan Productions’ banners. The screenplay was written by Sharath Perumbavoor and Anand Thevarakkattu, and Saudi Vellakka fame Sharan Velayudhan is in charge of the camera work. The soundtracks for Thalavan have been composed by Deepak Dev.
