Actor Jiiva's upcoming Tamil film Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil, is all set to hit theatres very soon. The makers on Wednesday announced that Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil will release in January and locked a date. The film is helmed by Falimy fame filmmaker Nithish Sahadev.

The film will hit theatres on January 30, the makers announced on social media on Wednesday. In the film, Jiiva plays the role of a politician whose responsibility is to conduct a wedding. Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil will be releasing along with another Tamil film, Vijay Sethupathi and Aditi Rao Hydari’s Gandhi Talks, a silent drama.
