Madhuri Dixit Nene made her digital debut in style recently with Netflix’s The Fame Game. The series’ popular song, Dupatta Mera, has paired the star with some of Bollywood’s most beloved heartthrobs in a series of videos that were unveiled by the show’s makers recently. And now, Riteish Deshmukh, Jackie Shroff and Johnny Lever are the latest stars to join Madhuri on stage to mesmerise audiences with their groovy dance moves.
Each of the three actors can be seen sharing the stage with Madhuri as they dance to the song, and the stars talked about their experience participating in The Fame Game challenge. Shroff called it a ‘mindblowing experience’ to have worked with the actress, referring to her as not a person but ‘the whole universe’.
Talking about how he’s a huge fan of Madhuri, Deshmukh said sharing the frame with her was nothing short of ‘pure magic’. He said that although he worked with the actress before, getting a chance to dance with her is a different memory, he would cherish forever. Deshmukh and Madhuri worked together in Total Dhamaal.
Lever called the actress ‘a miracle’ and said he considered himself lucky to have gotten a chance to dance with her. Recalling working with her on Tezaab, he said that she would ‘make magic on screen’ in The Fame Game as well.
Earlier, Varun Dhawan, Ishaan Khatter and Sidharth Malhotra had also joined the actress on stage to groove to the song.
The Fame Game is directed by Bejoy Nambiar and Karishma Kohli, and is written by Sri Rao.
The Fame Game is available to stream on Netflix.
