What is the story?

The Kerala Story is based on the real-life story of three women from Kerala. They belonged to different religions and were manipulated to convert to Islam. They were tricked into the human trafficking business and terrorism, dealing with dangers on a day-to-day basis. Once friends, the women were separated from one another, so far away they couldn’t even reach out to the other. If they revolt, the women get killed. The story focuses on how Shalini Unnikrishnan (Adah Sharma) was manipulated into becoming Fatima Ba. Same was the case with her friends, Nimah Mathew (Yogita Bihani) and Geethanjali Menon (Siddhi Idnani).
