After collaborating with BTS' V on the beautiful song 'Wherever U R,' UMI has taken to social media to announce that the song's remixes will be released on Valentine's Day. Celebrating her birthday today, the American singer-songwriter stated that it is a Valentine's Day surprise from her and Kim Taehyung.
On X (formerly known as Twitter), UMI wrote, "wherever u r (feat. V of BTS) remixes 2/14 12AM EST / 2/15 2PM KST. Today I celebrate my birthday with this Valentine's Day surprise from me and Tae ( ◠‿◠ )".

Soon after UMI's announcement, it was enough to cheer ARMY, who have been missing their beloved idol V's voice since he enlisted in the South Korean military to undergo his mandatory service.

V will reportedly be stationed at the 2nd Division in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, where he will serve as a special forces member of the military police.
