Dwayne Johnson has now called out Paris's Musée Grévin museum in a quirky social media post, citing the visibly lighter skin color of his recently unveiled wax figure. The Black Adam star expressed his desire for improvements to his wax figure by starting with the changes in skin color.

The Rock took to his Instagram account and expressed his concern on the botched waxwork. In the post, he said that he would be sending his team to the museum authorities to convey the required changes in the wax figure. “For the record, I’m going to have my team reach out to our friends at Grevin Museum, in Paris France so we can work at ‘updating’ my wax figure here with some important details and improvements — starting with my skin color. And next time I’m in Paris, I’ll stop in and have a drink with myself,” he supported the text with a lot of fun emojis.

The 51-year-old actor also commended comedian Jefferson's efforts while reposting the roast reel. He said, "I knew my boy @jamesjeffersonj had this Rock wax statue in his roasting crosshairs.."

Why was the wax figure criticized?

Musée Grévin - A Paris-based museum, that specializes in making wax figures of famous people. Their waxwork includes the legendary stars of Hollywood like Lady Gaga and Ryan Gostling. However, their recent attempt with Johnson's wax figure has landed them in trouble as the authorities received a lot of flak from fans, who criticized the weirdly smoothed wax figure with significantly lighter skin than the Samoan actor. Some even dubbed the figure as a 'whitewashed' wax figure.

In a roast reel, which was posted 3 days ago, Comedian and former The Circle contestant James Jefferson mocked the museum's effort that made The Rock look like a “pebble."

Fans React Hilariously

Dwayne Johnson's fans quickly garnered the post with hilarious comments. While some took a dig at the skin color and melanin, some imagined him as Vin Diesel's son.
