Ustaad Bhagat Singh: Pawan Kalyan, Harish Shankar's most-awaited project goes on floors, fans delighted

Fans of Pawan Kalyan have been waiting for a long time to see their matinee idol joining hands again with Harish Shankar. The duo teamed up for Gabbar Singh a decade ago which went on to become the second highest grosser among Tollywood movies.

Despite huge expectations riding on their collaboration, the two of them couldn't come together all these years owing to various reasons. Now, their second project, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, has commenced its shooting in Hyderabad, and fans can't keep calm. The icing on the cake is the inclusion of Devi Sri Prasad as its music composer. He was the musician behind a few hits in Pawan's career like Jalsa and Attarintiki Daredi as well.

Sreeleela, the current sensation among youngsters, has been roped in to play the female lead in the project which is rumoured to be a remake. Though there is speculation that the film is an adapted version of Vijay's Theri, makers are yet to confirm the same.

Y Ravi Shankar and Naveen Yerneni of Mythri Movie Makers are producing the film which has cinematography by Ayananka Bose and editing by Chota K Bose. K Dasaradh has penned the screenplay for Ustaad Bhagat Singh which will have action choreography by Ram-Laxman.  

The makers have erected the set of a police station where the film's first schedule will happen for almost a week. It looks like Pawan will be seen donning khakhi once again for this movie. Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, Avinash and Gauthami among others essay crucial characters in the project which is expected to hit the screens in 2024.

Fans are now eagerly awaiting the first look of Ustaad Bhagat Singh and are curious to know if the movie is an official remake like Gabbar Singh.
